Do you design and build every project?

Yes. We believe the best homes come from close collaboration between design and construction from the very beginning. Every decision is considered through both lenses, helping create a smoother process and a more cohesive home.

Who will we work with throughout the project?

You'll work directly with us, Kristin and Bryce, from your first conversation through construction. The people designing your home are the same people guiding it to completion.

DESIGNING YOUR HOME

Can you work in different architectural styles? 

Absolutely. We don't begin with a preferred design. We start with your style, your site, and how you want to live. Our goal is to create architecture that feels authentic, enduring,
and uniquely yours.

Do you only build large custom homes?

Not at all. Thoughtful design isn't defined by square footage. Whether a home is modest or expansive, we want to create a home worth loving for generations.

Why don't your floor plans have names?

Because every home we design begins with a family, not a floor plan. We don't begin with a catalog of plans. Every home is designed around the people who will live there, the character of the site, and the life they'll build within its walls. 


Do you work on remodels?

Yes, although we intentionally take on a limited number each year. We focus on projects where thoughtful design and long-term improvements can have the greatest impact.

What do you mean by a "300-Year Home"?

It's about making today's decisions with the next generation in mind. We approach every detail, from the structure beneath the home to the materials you'll touch every day, with a long-term perspective. The result is a home that's more durable, adaptable, and meaningful over time.

How long does the process take?

Every project is different, but thoughtful design takes time. We'll walk you through a realistic timeline early in the process and keep you informed every step of the way.

When should we reach out?

The earlier, the better. Reaching out before purchasing land, finalizing plans, or making major decisions gives us the greatest opportunity to help shape a successful project.

How much should we expect to invest?

Every home is unique, so we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. During our first conversations, we'll help you understand realistic investment ranges based on your goals, priorities, and site.

How do you help us stay on budget?

Good design includes thoughtful financial decisions. Throughout the process, we'll help you understand where investing more creates lasting value, and where it doesn't.

Why do you offer a warranty that exceeds industry standards?

Because we believe longevity shouldn't end on move-in day. Our warranty reflects the confidence we have in our work and our commitment to the families we build for.

Will you still be available after we move in?
